I'm absolutely delighted to be able to offer you this brand new service on the newborn side of my business.

Bespoke Newborn Sessions will consist of your newborn only.  The sessions will last between 1 - 1.5 hours at my home in Sheerwater, Woking.  

When you come for your session with me, you will receive something quite unique!  I now offer an array of pre-made images that I can then 'composite' your baby onto, once the session is done.  I offer these to add more variety to your gallery and to give you more choice and to add that little something special and totally bespoke to your newborn gallery.

A newborn composite is an image that has been skilfully put together from 2 or more images. I use this special technique to create one of a kind images with adorable poses that wouldn't be possible (or safe) otherwise. Hands and arms that are used to keep baby in place, are removed in Photoshop. The image of the newborn sitting on the shelf is a carefully edited image made up of multiple images, including one of the baby sleeping nestled on a comfortable beanbag. The shelf is added in post-production.

The end result is just delightful and definitely something to get all the grandparents ooohing and aaahing.

Safety at my newborn shoots is always priority. Some parents are surprised to know that these newborns are not actually balanced on a shelf on a wall. It's not safe practice to pose them with their head propped up without support and it most definitely is not safe to put the on a shelf. That's why it's of the utmost importance to work with a photographer who knows what they're doing.

Below I will give you a couple of examples to show you how I achieve these mini masterpieces and so that you can see that your little one is safe and looked after at all times.
